Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history, physical condition, and lifestyle factors, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
Utilize diagnostic tests and physical examinations to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop tailored treatment strategies.
Administer chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve joint function.
Empower patients through education on posture correction, ergonomics, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their overall health.
Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic techniques and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
Current state license to practice as a Chiropractor in Indiana.
Proven experience working as a Chiropractor, preferably in a clinical setting.

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Proficiency in various chiropractic adjustment techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent record-keeping abilities.
Commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting the well-being of patients.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and 1 Saturday/month, to accommodate patient needs.
Starting salary $60,000 - $75,000 plus signing and generous quarterly bonuses.
