Responsibilities:
- Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order - Patrol assigned areas to deter crime and ensure the security of the community - Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance as needed - Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and make arrests when necessary - Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken - Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance as required - Maintain a visible presence in the community to build relationships and promote trust - Serve as a leader and mentor to junior officers
Experience:
- No Minimum years of experience in law enforcement or a related field needed, prior years experience will count for vacation time - Proficient in report writing and documentation - Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques - Knowledge of animal handling protocols, if applicable - Understanding of loss prevention strategies
