Successful candidates will work in a team environment in all the cells with staging in-process and finished goods, will train as a back up to the set up person on 3rd shift to cover any time off, operating molding press or water jet, transporting material to and from cell, helping with changeovers, helping with start up and shut down procedures, removing offal and scrap from cell, completing production paperwork, meeting or exceeding productivity and waste targets, performing quality inspections.
Qualifications It is essential that candidates be in good physical condition to work with our products and machinery.
Must have fork lift experience.
Must be able to lift or push 10
pounds regularly and 25
occasionally, able to work in a team environment, able to work at a steady fast pace, good at learning quickly, flexible, quality minded and safe.
Candidates with previous cell experience, solid work history and good attendance will be considered.
Third shift Utility starts at 10:
00pm and works until 6:
00am.
Some weekend work is mandatory.
